The composition centers on a vibrant horizon, where bold hues expand across the sky in layered intensity. Silhouetted palm trees stand in contrast, anchoring the scene while emphasizing the brightness and movement of the atmosphere. A single seagull moves through the open space, introducing a sense of calm and continuity within the unfolding moment.
As a Deaf artist, I approach this work through visual language—focusing on how color, contrast, and composition create a sensory experience beyond sound. The scene is not defined by noise, but by presence, where light and motion guide perception.
The balance between energy and stillness defines the work. While the sky carries movement and intensity, the grounded silhouettes and open space create a quiet, reflective pause—capturing the transition between night and day.
