What is Noir?  This word has different perspectives around it.  The color is black.  The black and white film is dramatic.  Imaging this when I’m sitting under a red umbrella at a Spanish Colonial architecture, feeling breezy and realizing that the palm trees have their own history.  Ages ago, when the new Spanish conquered Southwestern and they installed palm trees. As the time went by in history, the New Spanish relinquished and it became the United States.  Now you know the history!
